“Marketing a Masterpiece” Blevins honored the historical lineage of the land itself and Preston brand’s legacy.  We evolved an award-wining campaign from ground-breaking to a property sell out in just 24 months. With a limit of 25 homesites and prices starting at 1 million dollars made Preston Retreat the first luxury neighborhood home market since the 2008 housing market crash.
